Manage a defined territory by cultivating business relationships with Mortgage Brokers, Community Banks, and Credit Unions which deliver loans through Wholesale Channels. Work with both external and internal groups to drive value to our business partners while exceeding their expectations. Act as a liaison to existing and prospective broker partners while helping to improve client performance using defined key performance metrics established by Senior Leadership. Be a very visible face in the broker community increasing awareness and interest of new broker client relationships via our internal sales and ops team members. Maintain an existing book of business with broker clients in the defined region by administering training, performance management according to key metrics, and profitable production growth.
