Partner with business unit leaders in supporting and assisting with generating campaigns, developing reporting and analyses. Work directly with technology division and executive leadership to deliver marketing leads and lead the effort on improving results.

Job Description

  • Work with business unit leaders to define departmental objectives and cascaded business unit goals
  • Managing and executing various recurring and non-recurring reports/campaigns through MS SQL, MS Excel and Tableau
  • Develops, implements and manages documentation and automation efforts
  • Ensures SLA’s are met and routinely gather feedback from internal stakeholders
  • Supporting various marketing initiatives through cross functional collaboration with marketing and other stakeholders to navigate regulatory and internal rules
  • Apply financial concepts to improve or modify existing pricing models and identify areas of opportunity
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or quantitative discipline
  • Proficient in MS SQL and MS Office products
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant, professional work experience
  • Marketing experience required, mortgage industry experience preferred
  • Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
  • Proven track record of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment
  • Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management
