Overview

Responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that allow for the successful completion of marketing projects and programs.  Responsible for digital marketing strategies that include utilizing digital, social and traditional media assets to drive brand awareness, client engagement and inbound marketing.  Tasks may include the development of marketing collateral, tracking existing marketing campaigns and reporting on results and coordinating market research studies.

Job Description

  • Marketing generalist, creating a wide-range of Marketing campaigns and initiatives related to brand awareness, new customer acquisition, customer retention and customer engagement
  • Project manage web projects both large and small, deliver enhancements while working with a large variety of stakeholders
  • Oversee all Marketing compliance policies and procedures and ensure that all of our websites remain compliant with internal and external rules and regulations
  • Manage Content Marketing, copywriting and general SEO initiatives
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree, marketing preferred
  • Knowledge or demonstrated interest in search marketing landscape
  • Knowledge of content marketing including building audiences, creative writing, platform management, SEO, social, analytics, preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel—imperative skill for position
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Energy, enthusiasm, attention to detail, coachable and passionate about all things digital
  • A keen eye for good content; editorial skills/experience desired
  • Meticulous, highly organized, and strong task/project management skills
  • Creative thinker with ability to implement national web strategies
  • Sound decision-making capabilities, demonstrating an ability to create persuasive and compelling recommendations
  • Exceptional attention to detail, coachable and passionate about all things digital
