A Typical Day

The First Vice President Digital Marketing will combine strategic vision with technical expertise, overseeing the product strategy, development and optimization of our digital platforms and user experiences. As the FVP Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for driving the technical and product strategy for our digital business, including engineering, QA, UX/UI design, product management, and Adtech/Martech stacks.

 

The First VP Digital Marketing will:

 

  • Build and oversee a data-driven, long-term digital roadmap that will positively impact the customer experience and the company’s strategic and financial goals
  • Identify, understand and evaluate customer feedback, A/B/n metrics, website usage patterns and ecommerce trends to continually improve and enhance Pennymac online properties
  • Collaborate with paid media teams to deliver dynamic, personalized landing pages to maximize conversion rates for different channels and campaigns
  • Own the development and execution of a technical SEO roadmap and collaborate on advancing SEO knowledge and considerations
  • Manage or contribute to various Marketing platforms that are integral to our business, including (but not limited to) lead management, customer data platform (“CDP”), tag management and more
  • Lead the digital analytics effort for both the web and mobile app
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience
  • Broad experience in multiple marketing disciplines such as customer experience, creative design, CRO, SEO, etc.
  • Must be highly proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

  • Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
  • Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role 
  • Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role 

 

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
